What you will do

• Evaluate web and mobile digital products against current WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
• Perform manual and automated accessibility audits, track remediation, and present findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Test digital products with assistive technologies, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and screen magnifiers.
• Develop accessibility-focused user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Guide UX/UI designers, software developers, and product owners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support continuous testing and inclusive digital practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, defined as four years of corporate work experience.
• At least two years of professional experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or digital accessibility.
• Working knowledge of current WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
• Experience conducting accessibility evaluations through manual testing and assistive technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, independent working, and collaboration skills.
