Sr. HR Generalist

TL;DR

Sr. HR Generalist (HR Operations): Administering and optimizing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle with an accent on onboarding, policy compliance, and employee relations. Focus on improving the new hire experience, managing performance reviews, and ensuring labor law compliance.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (in office 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Administer and optimize HR processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Enhance the new hire experience by developing and driving onboarding initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring strict compliance with labor regulations.
• Support employee relations activities, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with Sales Development and Customer Success leaders to drive a high-performance culture during talent management cycles.
• Analyze HR workflows and identify high-impact projects for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws in supporting regions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
