Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $131,800 – $337,500 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Partner with Legal leadership to define and execute the Legal Operations roadmap and lead cross-functional projects.
• Own CLM platform administration, including workflow configuration, template governance, and system integrations.
• Administer the Legal matter management system, including intake configuration, e-billing, and spend tracking.
• Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Build centralized knowledge resources, process documentation, and playbooks for stakeholders.
• Support Legal budget planning, vendor operations, and communications with external third parties.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, contract operations, or business operations in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience administering and improving a CLM platform.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational scaling in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into stakeholder-ready insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with matter management systems and outside counsel management platforms.
• Familiarity with e-billing platforms and legal spend management workflows.
• Experience implementing self-service legal tooling or knowledge management systems.
