What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Implement HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and logistics to maintain a productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally within a tech startup environment.
