What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Drive GA BOE integration plans, site migration strategies, and execution timing.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks related to layout, material flow, and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product engineering, and supply chain.
• Maintain project budgets and support cost reduction initiatives through standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering complex manufacturing projects including equipment installation and launch execution.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of processing equipment, throughput, and bill of process.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in robotics and automation technologies.
• Data analysis skills including simulation, buffering, and layout studies.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
