What you will do
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and business applications.
- Develop solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Microsoft Power Platform, and Supabase.
- Configure, test, and optimize AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Manage integrations, data mapping, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Document processes, workflows, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, or software operations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or Retool.
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Supabase.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, OpenAI, Claude, or Copilot Studio.
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Must be based in the Greater Boston area for hybrid/on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI agents and conversational AI solutions.
- Exposure to Azure AI Services.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise application environments.
