Technical Operations & AI Automation Specialist (AI): Building and scaling AI-assisted workflows and program operations with an accent on automation and operational efficiency. Location: Remote – USA (coverage required across Pacific and Eastern Time Zones)
Salary: $40.87 – $50.48 per hour (for Washington State)

What you will do
- Execute and improve automation workflows using AI tools, agents, and scripting.
- Create and maintain structured knowledge content, prompt libraries, and knowledge systems.
- Triage and resolve technical and operational issues affecting program members.
- Design and iterate on AI-assisted support experiences and response templates.
- Identify patterns in recurring issues to drive root cause resolution and efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and scale.
Requirements
- Experience building solutions using modern frameworks, cloud services, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows, GitHub, and VS Code.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Ability to use command-line tools for debugging technical issues.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure services and .NET technologies.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience building internal tools or automation solutions.
