Salary: $125,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and scale GenAI observability and evaluation programs.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, ranging from engineers to senior executives.
• Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows to extend the Arize platform for specific customer needs.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements from initial scoping through final delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to influence product direction.
• Define and scale technical playbooks and delivery methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines or deploying Generative AI applications in production.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay area or PST time zone.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and senior executives.
