What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, products, and pricing.
  • Handle urgent backorder escalations and resolve price discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing departments to determine accurate product ETAs.
  • Maintain professional communication via email to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up on open requests.
  • Propose alternative solutions to field representatives to expand business relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tijuana, Mexico
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly

Nice to have

  • Experience in the MedDevice or manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency with Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce
