What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, products, and pricing.
- Handle urgent backorder escalations and resolve price discrepancies.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing departments to determine accurate product ETAs.
- Maintain professional communication via email to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on open requests.
- Propose alternative solutions to field representatives to expand business relationships.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tijuana, Mexico
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
Nice to have
- Experience in the MedDevice or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency with Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce
