What you will do

• Lead the risk and analytics strategy for the Southern California market to drive growth and client retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor in client meetings, presenting complex financial data and funding strategies to HR and finance executives.
• Oversee advanced analytics delivery, including financial modeling, benchmarking, and multi-year forecasting.
• Manage stop loss strategy and alternative funding arrangements like captives and reference-based pricing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics and risk professionals.
• Design scalable delivery models and partner with national Centers of Excellence to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in health benefits, analytics, actuarial, or risk-related roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people, projects, or complex client work.
• Deep expertise in health insurance, self-funded plans, and medical stop loss.
• Proven ability to model and advise on alternative funding strategies (ICHRA, captives, reference-based pricing).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of operating within the PST time zone.
