What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines at customer locations.
• Conduct routine site visits to monitor program performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical training to customers on equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and safety (SDS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with on-site equipment.
• Manage on-site inventory and support order placement to ensure program compliance.
• Document all service activities, installations, and reports using Salesforce FSL.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of field service experience with industrial equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive long distances.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform precision tasks in confined spaces.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce (FSL).
• Understanding of Food Safety requirements or NEHA/CPFS or Serve Safe certifications.
