What you will do

• Execute high-volume individual data changes across corporate systems.
• Maintain accuracy of customer, compliance, and finance records.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and special projects.
• Resolve data-related issues and answer internal inquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data entry processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in data entry.
• Must be located within a 3-hour drive of Allen, TX, or specified Missouri locations.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage high request volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
