What you will do

• Own and improve release operations to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all products.
• Manage Pendo administration, including feature tagging, implementation accuracy, and tracking standards.
• Define and govern Jira workflow standards, ticket hygiene, and operational processes.
• Analyze key metrics like cycle time and predictability to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to troubleshoot instrumentation and ensure reliable data.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and process adoption through influence without direct authority.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience deploying and owning new processes across product organizations.
• Strong proficiency with Jira as a system of record for product and engineering roadmaps.
• Experience administering Pendo or similar product experience platforms.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check including criminal, employment, and education verification.
