Creator Manager (Social Commerce)

Location: Must be based in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain. This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST).

What you will do

• Lead creator and influencer strategy across client accounts, serving as the primary client-facing point of contact.
• Own end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, including sourcing, vetting, contracting, and onboarding.
• Activate creators across TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, paid UGC, Amazon, LTK, and YouTube.
• Partner with Account and Content teams to align creator efforts with hero SKUs and creative frameworks.
• Track campaign performance and proactively recommend optimization opportunities.
• Manage usage rights, timelines, deliverables, and CRM systems for the creator network.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate programs.
• Strong client management experience and comfort leading strategy conversations.
• Deep understanding of creator workflows, usage rights, and cross-platform activation.
• Analytical and performance-oriented mindset with the ability to translate creator output into measurable impact.
• Highly organized and confident managing multiple clients and creator pipelines simultaneously.
• Must be available to work during EST business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).

• Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate models.
• Exposure to Amazon affiliate, LTK, or YouTube Shopping.
