What you will do

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Latin America, primarily in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates to ensure sustainable growth.
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement for partners.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to align promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and partner engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Deep understanding of the Latin American digital and affiliate landscape.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General proficiency in using AI and automation tools.
