Salary: $123,000 – $145,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Lead concurrent office buildouts end-to-end, encompassing workplace strategy, design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Partner with Workplace, Corporate Engineering, and IT to align space planning with integrated building technologies (AV, network, security).
• Manage RFP processes and vendor selection for architects, contractors, and key service providers.
• Develop and maintain project controls, including schedules, budgets, risks, and KPI reporting.
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, funding requests, and cash flow tracking.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing commercial design and construction projects, specifically office buildouts.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, RFP processes, and third-party consultant oversight.
• Strong proficiency in project controls, budgeting, cost tracking, and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms like Coupa.
