What you will do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices while monitoring accounts receivable and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Execute onboarding and activation workflows for new customers and partners.
• Track renewals and provide administrative support to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within core business systems like CRM and billing platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on account adjustments and credit evaluations.
• Surface process inefficiencies to senior team members to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Must be based in the USA (ideally hybrid in Portland or remote in PST time zone).
• Strong proficiency with CRM and financial systems, specifically HubSpot and QuickBooks/NetSuite/PandaDocs.
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and manage data accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience in the VMS industry.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and document management tools.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems.
