Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA (in-office 3 days per week); approximately 20% travel required.
Salary: $120,000 – $139,000

What you will do
- Manage a multi-market book of business, owning end-to-end relationships with event hosts.
- Prospect and close new partnerships with local venues and event organizers using scalable sales approaches.
- Secure co-promotion agreements to increase mutual visibility for users and partners.
- Create and iterate on market-specific playbooks to systematize sourcing and onboarding.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate outreach, event discovery, and relationship management.
- Track and report on KPIs including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and partner retention.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in events, media, entertainment, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue, pipeline, or growth targets.
- Experience managing multi-market or multi-vertical portfolios of partners.
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools as a core part of the sales workflow.
- Strong negotiation skills for closing deals with founders, promoters, and venue owners.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for hybrid work (3 days per week).
Nice to have
- Experience in nightlife, live events, or local entertainment ecosystems.
- Familiarity with co-promotion or co-marketing deal structures.
- Background with Gen Z or millennial consumer brands.
- Experience scaling sales or partnerships motions across multiple cities or regions.
