What you will do

• Perform compliance testing across program areas, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions.
• Support regulatory exam and audit management by organizing documentation and preparing responses.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and control inventories to keep the program audit-ready.
• Support BSA/AML operations, including CIP/KYC onboarding and customer due diligence (CDD/EDD).
• Conduct transaction monitoring reviews, investigate alerts, and prepare SAR referrals.
• Track compliance issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of compliance experience at a bank, fintech, or MSB.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements (CIP/KYC, transaction monitoring, SARs, OFAC).
• Familiarity with consumer financial regulations such as TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, and UDAAP.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
• Strong written communication skills and a detail-oriented, organized approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with bank-fintech partnership models.
• Familiarity with GRC tools or compliance management systems.
• CAMS certification or progress toward it.
• College degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or a related field.
