What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Sales, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Source, cast, and book high-profile talent for branded content and advertising programs.
• Lead client pitches to showcase talent capabilities and secure new business.
• Negotiate and oversee complex contractual bookings, including SAG guidelines and music clearances.
• Nurture relationships with talent agencies, PR firms, and record labels.
• Manage talent on-site during production and tentpole events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, or entertainment partnerships.
• Expertise in contractual talent booking, complex agreements, and SAG guidelines.
• Established network across major talent, influencer, and model agencies.
• Strong understanding of white-label, branded content, and UGC.
• Proven success managing large budgets and driving business impact.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
