Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Define and execute a global talent partnerships strategy aligned with franchise and brand priorities.
- Lead end-to-end deal development, including sourcing, valuation, and negotiation of complex talent agreements.
- Leverage partnerships to extend brands into new categories, markets, and platforms through co-branded collections and digital content.
- Collaborate with global brand, licensing, marketing, and PR teams to execute multi-market partnership plans.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with talent agencies (CAA, WME, UTA) and industry stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact on brand relevance and revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent partnerships, entertainment, licensing, or strategic brand partnerships.
- Proven track record of negotiating high-value, complex deals with talent and their representatives.
- Deep existing network across major talent agencies and entertainment industry stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of IP-driven business models and licensing frameworks.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level across global markets.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
