TL;DR

Director/Senior Director, GSI Partnerships (AI): Leading and scaling strategic relationships with Global System Integrators across North America to drive joint pipeline and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Dallas, or the NJ/NY metro area (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with practice leaders at major Global System Integrators.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Design and scale joint go-to-market programs, including co-selling motions and industry-specific offerings.
  • Enable GSI partner teams through technical training, certification programs, and thought leadership.
  • Orchestrate executive engagement programs such as advisory councils and innovation workshops.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to align partner strategy with company goals.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, alliances, or channel sales.
  • 5–7+ years specifically managing GSI relationships at leading global consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of driving $10M+ in partner-sourced or influenced pipeline annually.
  • Deep understanding of GSI business models, practice economics, and partner incentive structures.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility at the SVP/C-suite level.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or adjacent technology ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with North America practice leaders at two or more major GSIs.
  • Background in CRM, ITSM, developer tools, or customer experience technology.
  • Experience building partner programs from 0→1 in a high-growth startup environment.
  • MBA or equivalent business education.
