What you will do

  • Support deal sourcing and screening activities across digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct sector research and market analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, specifically DCF and LBO analysis.
  • Manage all stages of transaction execution, including due diligence and valuation.
  • Prepare investment papers and present strategic insights to internal stakeholders and committees.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and support board-related activities.

Requirements

  • ACA or CFA qualification (or currently working towards it).
  • Experience in a transactional environment such as investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a Big 4 firm.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, including experience building DCF and LBO models.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and confident communication/presentation skills.
  • Location: Must be based in London for onsite work.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a European language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
