What you will do
- Support deal sourcing and screening activities across digital infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct sector research and market analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, specifically DCF and LBO analysis.
- Manage all stages of transaction execution, including due diligence and valuation.
- Prepare investment papers and present strategic insights to internal stakeholders and committees.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support board-related activities.
Requirements
- ACA or CFA qualification (or currently working towards it).
- Experience in a transactional environment such as investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a Big 4 firm.
- Advanced financial modelling skills, including experience building DCF and LBO models.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking and confident communication/presentation skills.
- Location: Must be based in London for onsite work.
