Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with required office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Develop and execute capital markets strategies to fund over £2.5bn annually.
• Originate and execute transactions, including forward flow agreements and asset-backed financing.
• Manage relationships with banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors.
• Lead due diligence sessions for new investors and manage hirify.global funds.
• Collaborate with founders on strategic corporate development and new product funding strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Expert-level financial modelling, cashflow forecasting, and Excel skills.
• Experience using Python for modelling consumer asset portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication with extreme attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
