Salary: $101,600 - $158,500

What you will do

• Serve as the enterprise-wide architectural owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365.
• Lead the design and deployment of collaboration, productivity, identity, and security solutions.
• Implement Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and identity protection controls.
• Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for M365 services and evaluate emerging platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Translate end-user needs and business requirements into detailed technical architectures.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 7-10 years of experience in cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, or Microsoft 365 solution design.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Defender, Purview, and Entra ID.
• Solid knowledge of Zero Trust models and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and government security investigation.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400.
• Experience with M&A integrations and cross-tenant migrations.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, and GDPR.
• Familiarity with GCC-High cloud environments and Azure services (VMs, Functions, networking, VDI).
