What you will do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.
• Optimize machine settings and parameters to ensure peak performance and top-quality results.
• Investigate system errors and troubleshoot technical issues to reduce recurring problems.
• Maintain a computerized maintenance log to document all actions and inventory usage.
• Develop standard operating procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Support the production floor by addressing issues that cause delays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 50 lb.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
