Location: Hybrid approach with 2-3 designated office days each week in Cambridge, England, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution of Voice AI products from development to go-to-market.
• Evangelize Voice AI internally and externally to build enthusiasm.
• Scale pace by accelerating Product Led Growth with developers and implementing GTM engineering approaches.
• Gather market, customer, and technical understanding to drive the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Full spectrum product experience leading cross-functional teams to business success, ideally in tech scale-ups.
• Results-driven and execution-focused, comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity with a first principles approach to product growth.
• AI / ML literate (understands LLM limits, evals, performance/latency/cost trade-offs, data pipelines, guardrails).
• Specific Voice AI experience is a plus.
• Hybrid work: 2-3 designated office days each week in Cambridge, UK are required.
