TL;DR

SAP Business Analyst (SAP ECP): Designing and implementing HR payroll solutions as part of the 1LMX Transformation program with an accent on system configuration and process optimization. Focus on translating functional requirements into technical specifications and managing data migration from legacy systems.

Location: Full-time Remote (USA). Preference for candidates in close proximity to a major hirify.global facility.

Salary: $111,700 - $222,640 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Configure and support the SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Gather and document functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT, HR, and payroll teams to design, deliver, and test business solutions.
  • Coordinate with product management on funding, priorities, and manage change requests.
  • Perform data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP ECP.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, including payroll processing, configuration, rules, and analytics.
  • Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, and deployment using SAP GUI and Eclipse.
  • Proven experience with data migration and business process re-engineering.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and payroll.
