What you will do

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle of client projects from kickoff to initial launch.
• Lead regular project discussions with client and study teams to track progress, risks, and decisions.
• Monitor project scope, financials, and schedules to ensure stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve complex issues and prevent implementation delays.
• Prepare study transition materials to ensure successful handoff to the Project Delivery team.
• Travel for client meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Relevant project management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
• Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple startup implementations simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
