What you will do
- Lead on-site installation, testing, and repair of semiconductor equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and software/firmware upgrades.
- Host customers for acceptance tests and provide training to operators and maintenance personnel.
- Interface with technical support and development engineering to resolve complex design or application issues.
- Maintain daily contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
- Analyze and document new processes, methods, and equipment designs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or field service position.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, tracing signals, and using test equipment.
- Experience with fluid systems, vacuum, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to multiple sites.
