What you will do

• Lead on-site installation, testing, and repair of semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and software/firmware upgrades.
• Host customers for acceptance tests and provide training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Interface with technical support and development engineering to resolve complex design or application issues.
• Maintain daily contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
• Analyze and document new processes, methods, and equipment designs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or field service position.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, tracing signals, and using test equipment.
• Experience with fluid systems, vacuum, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to multiple sites.
