What you will do

• Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete wide band gap products (SiC MOSFET and GaN HEMT).
• Drive continuous improvement of wafer fabrication capabilities and increase know-how in wide band gap processes.
• Investigate and analyze competitor processes and technologies.
• Execute process optimization projects and set up new manufacturing processes in internal fabs or external foundries.
• Collaborate with production and quality engineers to optimize and combine unit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Microelectronics or Semiconductor Physics.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically with wide band gap materials.
• Deep knowledge of SiC MOSFET and GaN HEMT devices.
• Hands-on experience with wafer processing equipment.
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as required by assigned projects.
