What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, EKS/ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Route53, KMS, Secrets Manager).
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, secure software delivery.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and high availability, including Helm chart development.
• Manage and support production Kafka environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment; define and implement SLOs/SLIs.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure/application issues and lead technical initiatives to improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on AWS experience across core services (EC2, EKS/ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Route53, KMS, Secrets Manager).
• Production experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and creating/maintaining Helm charts.
• Experience supporting and administering Kafka clusters.
• Recent experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and building CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Must be located in the United States for remote work, excluding AK, DE, RI, VT, WY.
