Salary: $146,700 - $230,300 (depending on geographic pay zone)

What you will do

• Design and improve systems architecture and build flexible deployment tooling.
• Build self-service platforms that enable developers to ship confidently.
• Work in a forward-deployed capacity to help customers deploy DX into their environments and architect complex infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain production Kubernetes clusters and design flexible Helm charts for multiple environments.
• Manage high-availability PostgreSQL infrastructure, focusing on performance tuning and automated failover.
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks before they impact production.

Requirements

• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
• Experience with deployment automation and GitOps practices, ideally using ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in managing high-availability PostgreSQL database infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Required to have at least 5-hours of overlap with Mountain Time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
