What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, and refinement of proposal content for classified and unclassified projects.
• Facilitate strength-based win strategy planning and implementation.
• Create and track compliance matrices, schedules, and timelines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft, edit, and proofread proposal volumes.
• Provide proposal development training based on industry best practices.
• Track and report on proposal submissions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting proposal and business activities.
• Experience leading low complexity efforts as a Proposal Manager.
• Knowledge of Shipley methodologies and practices.
• Experience using collaboration software such as SharePoint.
• Ability to travel throughout the WMA and up to 10% outside the WMA.

Nice to have

• APMP Certification.
• Experience using SalesForce.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
