What you will do

• Build mechanical assemblies, basic wiring, and fluid connections using detailed instructions and engineering documentation
• Follow step-by-step guidance to interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly procedures
• Identify assembly issues and escalate to senior technicians or engineers for resolution
• Document completed work, including build steps, changes, and observations in production logs
• Support tool builds from early assembly stages through completion under guidance
• Maintain an organized and safe work area while following safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred
• No prior experience required (internships, vocational training, or related hands-on projects are a plus)
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (3:30am—12:00am)
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and simple mechanical assembly techniques
• Ability to assemble and plumb stainless steel tubing and Swagelok fittings from schematics
• Physically able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
