What you will do

• Set up and operate assembly equipment including hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines.
• Rotate through various work cells as directed by leadership.
• Pack finished products for shipment according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in implementing cell improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fairport, NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills to comprehend MSDS sheets and instructions.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to C shift.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
