TL;DR
DUV Technician (Manufacturing/Assembly): Assemble and manufacture products in a clean room environment while improving existing products and processes with an accent on quality compliance, technical documentation (TPD) completeness, and solving technical problems across the assembly-to-test process. Focus on coordinating production activities, monitoring practical execution against the production plan, and ensuring standardization and efficiency improvements.

What you will do
- Produce products according to established specifications and observe/report ongoing construction or operation problems.
- Manufacture and deliver complex systems, solving technical issues and acting as a reference for problem solving in the area of expertise.
- Work with Technical Product Documentation (TPD), ensuring it is complete and discussing changes with Production Technician and Production Engineer.
- Acquire and apply knowledge of products, processes, modifications, sub-modules, and complete systems; share relevant expertise.
- Coordinate production-plan activities, monitor practical execution, and control the use of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement of products and processes and contribute to efficiency and effectiveness gains.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience).
- 2+ years of technical/mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to translate requirements into an executable schedule.
- Ability to read and interpret data, information, and technical documents.
- Must be willing to work in a clean room environment for the full shift (including required gowning and PPE).
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
