What you will do

• Manage systems, applications, and operational procedures within Azure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Design and implement scalable, self-recovering checks and automation for routine tasks and error recovery.
• Deploy application updates and configure environments based on client needs.
• Handle production interruptions and proactively improve infrastructure availability and security.
• Manage vendor support cases and support SOC 2 Type II and PCI Level 1 compliance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of public cloud experience focusing on PaaS and Cloud Native offerings.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting 24x7 production services.
• Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines and tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience, or 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Limerick, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and KQL (Kusto Query Language).
• Azure certification focused on PaaS and Cloud Native offerings.
• Experience with PKI infrastructures, server certificates, and certificate authorities.
• Computer Science degree.
