What you will do

• Own and drive assigned projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful delivery within scheduled timelines.
• Assess and monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating as necessary.
• Maintain strong client relationships while coordinating internal and third-party vendor resources.
• Communicate project goals, status, and roadblocks clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to other Project Managers within the Implementation Services team.
• Support conversion projects during non-business hours or weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, specifically in the fintech space.
• 3+ years of experience delivering large-scale online enterprise software implementations.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including managing technical projects with complex data management.
• Familiarity with software systems (front end, back end, APIs, SSOs) and structured project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Understanding of SAML 2.0, Web Service APIs, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with PFM applications as a SaaS offering.
• Experience with data table cross-reference files and data mapping.
