What you will do
- Translate Customer Enablement priorities into clear, executable action plans to mature education programs.
- Drive progress across multiple initiatives by tracking commitments, resolving blockers, and maintaining momentum.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to align enablement offerings across the customer journey.
- Define and maintain the operating cadence for Customer Enablement, including tracking outcomes and key metrics.
- Standardize processes and identify workflow improvements to strengthen long-term operational effectiveness.
- Analyze program performance data and feedback to monitor and support ongoing execution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Learning Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to lead programs from planning through delivery with high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Proficiency with LMS, knowledge bases, project management, and reporting tools.
- Experience developing and maintaining customer education and enablement content.
