What you will do

• Prepare media authorizations and insertion orders to activate paid media buys.
• Maintain accurate campaign data in internal systems like OneStrata and Investment Trackers.
• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to ensure targets are met and flag discrepancies.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and assist in optimization recommendations.
• Track billing and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies in collaboration with finance teams.
• Communicate directly with media vendors to confirm buys and gather reporting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
• Must be located in or near New York, NY.
• Strong interest and knowledge of Media Buying and Planning.
