What you will do

• Support the design of product features from discovery to delivery using wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Assist in planning and executing user research activities, including interviews and usability testing.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the hirify.global AI design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional planning sessions.
• Document design decisions and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX process and problem-solving ability across one or more projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional audiences.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Bellevue, Washington office.
