Sales Trainee

TL;DR

Sales Trainee (Distribution): Supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for Account Sales Managers with an accent on customer relationship management and in-store execution. Focus on maintaining brand standards, executing daily sales plans, and achieving KPIs in distribution and pricing.

What you will do

• Undergo a training program to prepare for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role.
• Provide route coverage for ASMs during vacation, sickness, or special projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with large and small format off-premise store customers.
• Ensure proper brand flow and product rotation to maintain freshness.
• Execute daily plans using insights, displays, and pricing tools to meet sales KPIs.
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, and the construction of advertising displays.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
• Proficiency in English.
