What you will do

• Participate in an 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program to develop business and technical skill sets.
• Work within key areas including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing and Branding.
• Collaborate with global colleagues across different regions to develop a global mindset.
• Rotate within business functions or cross-departments based on business needs.
• Execute meaningful business projects under the guidance of functional team leaders.
• Engage with senior management teams and the GTT alumni network.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from any discipline or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Must be able to work on-site at local offices in Singapore, Penang, or Austin.
• Strong passion for Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers.
• Proven academic or extracurricular achievements, outstanding skills, or deep insights in areas of passion.
• High level of motivation, ownership, accountability, and commitment to professional growth.

• Existing technical expertise and experience in a relevant area of interest.
