What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social content delivery, managing expectations and communications.
- Own the end-to-end content workflow from brief intake to final delivery and approval.
- Coordinate across Strategy, Content, Design, and Social teams to ensure clear briefs and realistic timelines.
- Manage content delivery across multiple markets, tracking adaptations and local requirements.
- Support content planning, balancing always-on output with campaign and reactive requests.
- Track project-level production spend and support financial administration, including POs and invoices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account/project management or social delivery, ideally with consumer or FMCG brands.
- Background in fast-paced agency or studio environments with high-volume output.
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools for planning, brief writing, and workflow management.
- Experience in multi-market environments or embedded in-house agency models.
- Must be based in London for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating influencer or creator-led campaigns.
- Familiarity with social publishing workflows and content approval processes.
