What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social content delivery, managing expectations and communications.
• Own the end-to-end content workflow from brief intake to final delivery and approval.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Content, Design, and Social teams to ensure clear briefs and realistic timelines.
• Manage content delivery across multiple markets, tracking adaptations and local requirements.
• Support content planning, balancing always-on output with campaign and reactive requests.
• Track project-level production spend and support financial administration, including POs and invoices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account/project management or social delivery, ideally with consumer or FMCG brands.
• Background in fast-paced agency or studio environments with high-volume output.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for planning, brief writing, and workflow management.
• Experience in multi-market environments or embedded in-house agency models.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.

• Experience coordinating influencer or creator-led campaigns.
