What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure prompt invoice collection.
• Collaborate with and support an offshore collections team to meet targets.
• Proactively pursue overdue debts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Establish and monitor credit limits and perform credit assessments.
• Produce debtor reports, aged debt analysis, and risk assessments.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, or accounts receivable role.
• Strong knowledge of credit control principles and Americas debt collection practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
