What you will do

  • Drive change management for standard operating procedures and oversee related communications.
  • Serve as a Salesforce business subject matter expert and lead all new hire training for the platform.
  • Act as a critical liaison between field service, product development, and technical teams.
  • Lead live in-person and web-based training sessions for internal clients.
  • Assess technician competency in workflow software and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging training programs that enhance retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in dedicated training, teaching, or related roles.
  • Valid gaming card and/or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age as required by law.
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodology.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience in casino operations and gaming.
