What you will do

• Provide technical guidance on design guides, standards, and applicable engineering codes.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform research for equipment and materials selection.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for complex or mega-projects.
• Supervise multi-discipline engineering staff and coordinate internal and external team members.
• Identify client interests and support business development or pursuit activities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level professionals and oversee performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
