What you will do
- Provide technical guidance on design guides, standards, and applicable engineering codes.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform research for equipment and materials selection.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for complex or mega-projects.
- Supervise multi-discipline engineering staff and coordinate internal and external team members.
- Identify client interests and support business development or pursuit activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level professionals and oversee performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
- Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
- Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
