Salary: $78,000 – $86,000 per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end exhibit coordination, including booth strategy, staffing, and logistics for industry events.
- Manage existing enterprise partnerships and identify new growth opportunities aligned with group priorities.
- Lead PR communications strategy and content collaboration across portfolio businesses.
- Evaluate digital discovery platforms to improve buyer workflows and meet industry needs.
- Develop commercialization strategies for data reports and data-driven products.
- Collaborate with data analysts to interpret performance and behavioral data for growth decisions.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience or deep familiarity with the natural and organic products industry (e.g., as a buyer, brand manager, or standards professional).
- Working knowledge of certification frameworks such as USDA Organic or Non-GMO.
- Experience in event management, trade show coordination, or exhibit strategy.
- Strong relationship-building instincts and clear written communication skills.
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research and content development.
- Must be based in the USA (specifically Boulder, CO or Phoenix, AZ).
