Location: Must be based in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop attendee marketing strategies and value propositions for multiple events in the portfolio.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies, offer calendars, and forecasting models to optimize revenue.
  • Execute retention and acquisition initiatives to maximize attendee lifetime value and expand audience reach.
  • Optimize the end-to-end attendee journey from initial acquisition to the onsite experience.
  • Leverage attendee intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation and targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Operations, and Strategic Insights, to ensure strategy alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in attendee or product marketing, specifically in GTM, pricing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be located in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Interest in applying behavioral science techniques to marketing strategies.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
