Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop attendee marketing strategies and value propositions for multiple events in the portfolio.
- Design and implement pricing strategies, offer calendars, and forecasting models to optimize revenue.
- Execute retention and acquisition initiatives to maximize attendee lifetime value and expand audience reach.
- Optimize the end-to-end attendee journey from initial acquisition to the onsite experience.
- Leverage attendee intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation and targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Operations, and Strategic Insights, to ensure strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in attendee or product marketing, specifically in GTM, pricing, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be located in New York, NY, Boulder, CO, or Santa Monica, CA.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
